Real invoice

Hi,

how can I receive a REAL invoice, including company data, net/gross/sales tax info? Huh

my purchasing dept refuses to accept the "document" you propose to download from my account info.

Hello,

I'm sorry, but that is the only invoice that is available. It shows the full item description of what was purchased and the amounts.
