I am having difficulty installing Shape5 to our webhost at accountsupport.com.  I am not a web developer nor do I have the experience or knowledge to accomplish this on my own.  I did not understand there was was a product that was necessary for the theme to work when I purchased and I find the instructional video and other documentation has not been informative enough.

I need help in installing Shape 5  and making it functional for three separate websites.

What exactly are you trying to install?  Shape5 is a company, not a product.  If you are trying to install a theme, you will have to download the correct one and follow the directions from the tutorial video or from the tutorial page on one of the demos.

If you are just needing something installed, you can always post a request to the "Hire-A-Coder" area on this site (linked in my board signature), and someone will probably be glad to do the setup for you.
