Hello,
I'm looking for a Joomla 2.5 extension that adds buttons to the content and makes use of the Like on Facebook, Share on Facebook, Google +1, Twitter and Linked-in and shows counters of how many times your article has been shared.
Not unlike what you guys are using... if you can't recommend anything decent from Joomla extensions directory, is there any chance to package your code into a module/plugin?

There are several of these on extensions.joomla.org. Just search for "social" and you'll find several.
