how can I take this car configurer and embed it into the website without Iframing it? can i  download it from some unknown program to me and make some changes... or am i just SOL?

It would require custom coding, your above code is just a chunk of code that would be interpreted by something else.  Sounds like you need someone to build a Joomla component for the car configurer you have.  Check out Joomlancers.com if you need someone to custom code a Joomla component for you
