From the 26th May 2012 all EU sites must have an opt in cookie control on their site.
In other words you must tell your visitors if you have cookies and allow them to turn them off.

Shape5 can you make a plugin for this?? that will work with your templates.

Yes but we use many things on our sites that have cookies, registering, login, shopping carts etc
So a plugin warning that a site uses cookies and a opt out or allow option. Like the one on this site swoopdirectory.com

I think this would be a good addition to Shape5 catalog especially for your EU users/members. It could be something similar to the upgrade your browser warning you have.
