I spent a bunch of time setting up my website: http://billionerror.info/shape5/

I got everything to work fine. Links were working. Then I tried to enable SEO links and URL rewriting. This did not work. After spending time finding solutions online, I got my site configured right to listen to .htaccess files. I have numerous other sites that not work fine with url rewriting.

However, this is still not working on my shape5/joomla installation. Furthermore, I can change the setting back to the original configuration that worked (SEO and URL re-writing turned off) and it STILL doesn't work. I even made sure to remove the .htaccess file before trying this.

To prove I'm not insane, I installed another version of the shape5, all together: http://billionerror.info/shape52/ This installation has the EXACT same server configuration as my previous installation. Everything works! All forms of url settings, non SEO, SEO, Rewrite, No Rewrite. Just as you would expect. Why is the main installation not working? Any ideas? Any help you can give would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Hello,

It seems to be working here for this lnk:
http://billionerror.info/shape5/extensions/meet-the-team

Can you be specific on what isnt working, what links?   Also if they aren't working and its only 1 or 2 just recreate or be sure the link is actually linking to an active article

I have since fixed the problem - thus why the above link now works! Thanks for your help - I was unaware that there needed to be an article linked to each page and not just modules. Doh!
