Hi! I need to translate some texts of the template from english to spanish.

These texts are: "Read more", "We have X guests and no members online", and the texts of the contact form module.

How can I do this? Thanks for all.

Hello,

You would need to modify the languages files found in the 'languages" folder in the root of your site install.

In the languages folder, i only have en-GB. I can add more languages? How?

I tryed to edit the .ini file, but inside it I can not find the "read more" and another words that I want to translate.

How can I do this?

Hello,

You can download more language files from the joomla.org. I would suggest reading their documentation on this as this relates directly to the cms itself, not a template.

But the language files of official joomla site, only changes the backend, isn't it? I need to translate the front end of my template. Words as for exapmple "read more" and this kind of things.

Moreover, its no spanish translation for joomla 2.5. I need to do this manually. But How? Where are located the words than I need to change? In the data base or where?

Hello,

The language files inside of the Languages folder contain both frontend and backend translations. We do not provide support on modifying these files as they relate directly to the cms itself. Our support is for Shape5 products. Each language file in that folder is named after the particular component or module that it relates to.

Ok, I found the solution for this issue. Thanks for your help.
