I cannot make plugins using jquery work with simplex: this is the error I see in firebug:

"ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined"

I tried several, mostly for this floating social buttons thingy - "Digg Digg", "Sociable", some other

Is there way to fix it or can you recommend other plugin?

Thanks

The framework and released plugins currently rely heavily on mootools, which unfortunately tends to conflict with jQuery.  There is a "no conflict" script for jQuery that is built into the framework as well, but that doesn't have a 100% guarantee to not have problems.

There is active development of a jQuery conversion for the framework javascript, but I'm not the one working on it, so I can't really give any idea as to when it will be done.  I can only guarantee that as soon as I can stop using mootools I will be thrilled to do so.

As for alternates:
Have you tried Add to Any?

After looking at your error again, I think I'm going to want to take a look at your site & make sure the jQuery code in the framework is being called correctly..  do you feel like PMing me access info?
