hello guys, have a church that would like me to add something like this to our site

I need a component that will allow us to ask all the Questions we want and just post simple answers yes, no, maybe

but base on the Answers to each question at the end it will tell them what spiritual gifts they maybe best suited for. example, Prayer ministry, administration ministry, Pastor, Deacon, etc.

yeah, I checked out a couple of that, but none of them will auto generate a response based on how they answer the questions.
