Anyone know of a module (hopefully free) that will allow me to create custom forms on my website? Would be great if the module would also save the info in a database for other uses....

I am not aware of any off the top of my head but I do know there are components that do this, just search on extensions.joomla.org for forms or form generator.

Try asking the developer of this extension and posting on their forum to see if they have a solution for this.
