I'm sure it's possible but is there a simple way to make a custom cursor to be used on my website?

I read in the Joomla forum about adding a bit of code to the CSS sheet. I tried it out but apparently I'm not doing it correctly.

Can someone tell me what is necessary to make a custom cursor appear for my site? I would like the same cursor to be used for all of the pages.

Hello, it would have to be done through javascript if it's possible. Cursors are assigned by the operating system. I did a quick google search and saw this:
