Hi,

I registered as a standard 1 year member.
But when I trying to download product following message appears.

"It appears that your account is a free account. This product is for paid club members only. You can upgrade or renew your account by clicking on the green Member Info button at the top of this page."

What is the reason?

I am having the same issue.  I cleared my cookies, cache, etc as instructed upon going to purchase, but after logging back in, I still can't access the download  Angry

Hello, I am sorry about that. If both of you log out and then log back in you should be able to see the club products now. There was a problem with the paypal payment response system last night and it didn't fully update your account. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Hello Mats, your account should be upgraded now as well. Paypal is having some issues with their payment response system right now and is delaying the activations.
