Flex Menu The S5 Flex Menu system is a very powerful plugin that provides functionality far beyond what the standard Joomla menu system can provide. Layout Possibilities Because there are so many module positions available in so many different areas, the number of layouts you can create are limitless! An average of 90 positions are included in each design! Mobile Support Supporting popular mobile devices such as iPhone, Android, Blackberry, Windows Mobile and more. Google Fonts Need your own custom font? Not a problem, Vertex comes with Google Fonts API, allowing you to pick from many font families for your site. In the admin you can preview your font before even applying it! RTL Language Support Vertex comes with the ability to swtich to read from Right to Left for languages requiring this. Fixed Tabs You can enable up to 2 at one time and publish on your site and will show in a fixed position on either the left or right side of the screen! Onclick or classes can be added in admin area. Custom Widths Vertex has the ability to set the entire width of your site to either a fixed pixel width or a fluid percentage width. You can set the width to any size you want. Font Resizer Font resizer has 3 options: decrease, return to default size and increase to larger font sizes. Configurations Each template built on the framework also includes multiple configuration options such as highlight color, background colors, etc specific to each design. Flexible Module Row Widths You can adjust the percentage width of the modules contained in any row of modules or set it to automatic. Allowing for 60/40, 30/30/40, etc. Hide Component Output Vertex allows you to hide the Joomla component output on any page of your site without being forced to have an article shown. You simply select pages in the admin you desire to hide it on. Drop Down Panel The S5 Drop Down Panel is a slide down panel that will appear at the top of your site. The panel itself contains six module positions. You may publish any module that you wish into these positions. Lazy Load Images The lazy load script is a great way to save bandwidth and load your pages much faster. Images that are not visible on the initial page load are not loaded or downloaded until they come into the main viewing area. I'm not sure which slide you are referring to, but it is most likely a module. Modules are not part of frameworks, they can be integrated into any template. As new versions of Vertex come out you can simply upgrade the framework without making any edits to files.
