Hello,

To answer your questions:

1) if I can download all the templete and install in my own server? What tipe of membership do you recomend for someone that don´t knows joomla at all, but knows html and css.
Any of the memberships will be fine, they are based on how many websites you'll be running so if just one then just go with the cheapest one.

2) Where appear "Restaurante" we can change what said and put my own logo?
Yes you can do so, and if you need help you can post on the forum once a member and get help

3) We can put the own background or we are obligated to use the 2 options?
You can put in whatever background you desire, there is a URL textbox in the template admin so you can insert one there to your background images

4) I can change everything to spanish languaje?
Yes with a language component on extensions.joomla.org you should be able to
