I am member here, I download Shopping bag from and trying to install this file SiteShaper_Shape5_shoppingbag_current (17.8 MB). But I am getting error "JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file ".
I am not installing on local host. I am working on cloudaccess bcz shape5 is recommended by them. Please let me know.

Whenever any question appears, after the subscription has endet, there is no support anymore. Not even access to the forums. I really like the templates of shape5, and I understand, that there is no personal support after expired membership. But I am really not sure, if I will stay with shape5-templates, when I got really NOTHING for support after expiration.

Yes correct, support is included in your membership, one of the benefits of a membership. Since we are membership based with our products this is the model we follow. This allows you access to all the templates we've ever released vs just 1 template on a site using a product based membership model.
