What we did was create new modules and then just put the images in these modules. Take for example the silhouettes of the 5 people. We saved the image as PNG 24 in photoshop, sized appropriately, placed the image link inside a new module and published to user position 1. If you need some images, sxc.hu is a great place for free stock photography and graphics.
