i have installed the hostcity template, no errors, if I make the hostcity template default I see on the left side the message Cannot assign default template, the template is also not coming up if i start the website. i have downloaded the sql zip file on the download page but i can't find where or how to use. in the tutorial you mention mod_sections, where can i find that module? can I translate the template, because my main language is dutch? i'm running joomla 1.5.15 dutch version. thanks in advance : Re: Cannot assign default template : mikek February 03, 2010, 02:04:25 PM Hello, this message appears because it is already assigned as the default template. Read it like this "This template is currently assigned as the default template and cannot be assigned to individual pages." Only non-default templates can be assigned to specific menu items.
