Hi,
I installed the Touch of Soul shaper and sample data for it however the mp3 title doesn't seem to be displaying in the mp3 title bar the way that it does on the demo.

How do I fix that?

Hello, please the instructions in the plugin's backend for entering the mp3's titles.

I must be missing something. There is nothing in this Plug-ins backend on my version. I tried to uninstall it (figured it was a bad copy) and it won't uninstall. I am using Joomla v1.5 - any ideas?

Yes, the error msg says:

Plugin Uninstall: Manifest File invalid or not found
Uninstall Plugin error

Hello, I've never come across this error before. It sounds like maybe some of the plugin files never got copied over to your server. Try the following:

1. Delete all the mp3 plugin files and folder in the plugins/system folder
2. Then try uninstalling it from the backend of joomla again. It will throw an error this time but should remove it from the database.
3. Next go to help/system info/directory permissions and make sure that all folders are writable. If any are not then you will need to have this corrected with your hosting company.
4. If everything is writable try reinstalling the plugin.

Whoa, there are no mp3 plugin files or folder in the plugins/system folder. Just .php, .xml, and .html plugins and a legacy folder with legacy stuff.

Everything is already writable under directory permissions except: "Log Directory ($log_path) /var/logs/"
Do I need to have the log directory writable also?

Hello, I am sorry it's in the content folder, not system. There is a folder s5_mp3_player, s5_mp3_player.php, and s5_mp3_player.xml. The log folder should be writable as well, it may not effect this plugin but will probably cause problems for other components.
