: Menu Item Separators : DanFrmOhio February 26, 2010, 03:52:49 PM Hi,
I like using Menu Items as separators sometimes so that the drop down items have content, arranged under a heading that isn't a live link. This works fine in top [horizontal] menus, but not in vertical menus, the separator just turns into black text, no longer fitting in with the menu style. How can I use the word 'Donate Now' for example, in the side menu, but not have it look all ugly the way it does? I don't want an actual 'Donate Now' page/article you see? NOTE ---->>> PLEASE DON'T POINT ME AT THE MENU TUTORIAL, I'VE READ IT AND IT DOES NOT CONTAIN THE INFORMATION THAT I NEED. http://www.harvieuxconsulting.com/charity/donate-now/disability-program-areas Thanks! : Re: Menu Item Separators : mikek February 27, 2010, 09:30:47 AM Hello, the link you posted doesn't appear to be working so I went here:
http://www.harvieuxconsulting.com/charity/ And wasn't able to find a separator link in your menu. : Re: Menu Item Separators : DanFrmOhio February 27, 2010, 04:41:54 PM Mike,
The words Donate Now in both menus are set as separators, so if you reread the original post you'll see the problem. Craig : Re: Menu Item Separators : mikek March 01, 2010, 01:46:45 PM For some reason your site is putting a span around this link, if you can private message me super admin access again and ftp access I can look into this, it should just be a few css changes but I need to verify it.
