I am using a mac and do not have IE but someone showed me that the site is not working well in IE8 The Accordation menu is not working and the whole site creeps so slow that it is impossible to browse the site. Any Solution would be greatly appreciated. The site is www.bswe.org

Actually, your accordiam menu is not working correctly in Google Chrome either.  Any menu item pointing to anything other than an article causes the accordian to stop functioning in that screen.  I posted a solution to this in an earlier post in this topic. 

Try it and see what happens in IE because the site basically just doesn't work in IE. If that doesn't work try unpublishing the menu and then see if the site loads in ie8 properly and that way you will know whether it is the menu causing the problem.

Thank you for your fast response. I tried dis-enabling the Accordian menu and the site still does not function in Internet Explorer.  Do you have any other suggestions?

Hello, I am looking at this in IE and FF and do not see any issues and the speed is the same between both browsers. I would suggest checking this on a second computer.

I just installed this template and the accordion menu works fine in FF but not in IE8 on my home or work computers.  Is this being worked on?  Thanks.

BTW, the accordion menu from the "Basics" template works fine in IE8 on both computers mentioned above.   

Hello, there are no known issues with the module to fix. The menu from Basics and Touch of Soul is actually the exact same script, just has a few image changes. So the performance would be the same.

Strange as i had the exact same problem, I checked my site in IE8 and the menu was all blank, in FF it was fine, went to another computer and same problem IE the menu was blank. I have uninstalled IE8 and reinstalled and its fine now, however how many people have the same problem and wont be able to navigate using this menu in IE8?

Hello, I am sorry but we have no other reports of the menu not working in IE in any template and they all use the same script. I have checked this on several computers and they appear exactly as FF.

Well its a strange one because i had to travel down south and when i was on his PC the menu was just blank, nothing was appearing.

All I can say is that the accordian menu works fine in IE8 for every template except Touch of Soul, at least on the two computers I have to test it on.  Hard to believe there isn't some kind of issue here.
