I'm interested in Aluma for my photography website. I take photos and sell them, including those of people's children. Clearly I cannot have people buying photos of other people's children. I cannot see from the demo whether it is possible to set it up so that I can send a login to a specific client and have them login and then see and buy only their particular photos? Virtuemart itself does not have this feature but we do have a module that will help with this. The module is found in the Aluma Photography forum board. The way it works is you publish it to every page of the site and in the backend you enter the VM category ID and the username that has access to that ID, only that users will be able to see the contents of that category. Everyone else will see an unauthorized error message. If an ID is not specified then everyone will have access to that category. |
