After installing this template and setting it to default there is a blank page where my site should be :(

Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi, sorry you're having trouble with the template. First can you try simply uninstalling and reinstalling the template. Maybe there was a "glitch" or time out when it was installed.

If that does nothing please check over your published modules. User Choice uses just about every module position available for Joomla so there's a chance that if a module was published to one of these positions that had a problem with the files, ie: files missing, corrupted, edited, etc. (which can happen if a module is not fully uninstalled) it would cause the entire page not to load. It might not be noticed on other templates because the module position may not exist on those templates. I only say this because I've seen it happen before.

So please checkover both of my suggestions and let's go from there.

I've reinstalled and unpublished every module. I still get the same thing happening.

Also, in answer to the email I received from 'Customer Care', I am using Joomla 1.0.13.

If this is not sorted asap then I want a refund of my club membership. What information do you need from me?

My Website is hosted by HostIcan. It is running apache version 1.3.37 (unix), PHP 4.4.7, MYSQL 4.1.22

Stay cool dude, Mikek is always helping. Many people are asking things to him, so it could take some time to have your fix. But i'm sure he will find a good solution for you.
