I'm trying to have the background of one article to be transparent so that the Emma Smooth background shows through.  How can I do this?  Thanks.

Hello,

I am sorry that wouldn't be possible because there are several background images that surround the content area, all with solid background images.

Okay.  Then is there a way to make the background color in the article section a solid color for a particular page.  For example, I'm trying to create an article that is similar to the Shape 5 Photo Expression module.  I would just use the module but I would like to remove the display window and I want the thumbnails to link to a particular photo gallery.  So, the only other option I have is to create an article and manually insert the thumbnails.  I would like the background for the entire article section to be similar to the background on the Shape 5 Photo Expression background.

I didn't know if the Page Class Suffix option on the System Parameters would accomplish this.  If so, I still don't know what to do with it.

If there have been updates to the s5 Photo Expression module that will enable me to do this, then I would be interested to hear about it.

And to top it all off, the items in my Top Menu and Bottom Menu have disappeared.  They still show up in the Menu Manager and on pages that reference them, but they don't show up in their respective Menu Item Manager pages.

Thanks!

Hello,

Sorry there's no way to do it per page, each page calls the same css so whatever changes are made would effect the entire site.

Each page has to have an article or component on it, this is a function of Joomla.

Try renaming your menu and it's unique name in the menu manager. There was a recent update to Joomla that effected this.

Thanks.  That did it for the menu!

I'll just have to try to figure out something else for the background.  Thanks.
