: The Parameter-File /templates/edenrock/params.ini is Unwritable!
: leonb6 June 10, 2008, 02:52:29 PM
The subject title describes what we are seeing in the administration window for the template.  It says the file is unwritable however the permissions are set correctly and when a change is made in the template admin page the changes populate in the params.ini file.  Is there a fix for this?

Also on the same page under "Menu Assignment" it says "Cannot assign Default Template".

Any advice on these issues?

Thanks

The unwritable error is a server related problem. If it is allowing you to make changes then I wouldn't worry about it.

Cannot assign default template means it's your default template and it will appear on any pages that are not assigned a specific template.

Thanks for the reply.

UPDATE:  I looked into the params.ini file a bit more.  This is a strange issue.  When I set the permissions to write access for owner on the params.ini file, then look in the template admin page it says writable.  Then after I hit apply or save the write permissions I set are reset.  Do you know why this happens?

I have one more quick question.  s5_moo_menu is not providing us with the nice fade effect on the sub menus even though we the "fade" option selected.  We even set it to "drop" just to make sure but that had no effect.  Any ideas on this or maybe what we need to do to fix this?
