Hi,

I have loaded the Site Shaper for City Portal and found that seems to be working ok in IE.

I then loaded the site with Google Chrome. The site loads then disappears. I have tracked down the cause, and it seems to be related to the database the site shaper uses. Because, if you install the template on it's own on an existing joomla site it loads ok.

Please help as even the city portal demo on shape5.com does the same in google chrome

I have tried it on multiple computers and all of them doe the same in chrome

Hi, thanx for the response.

Seems to be related to the S5 Tab Show Copy module. If I disable it the site loads fine.

Hi,

I have word back from the team, and the module can't be used more than once on the same page it will cause javascript errors. You can use copies of the modules but not on the same page.

Hope that clears things up :)

I installed the City Portal with the site shaper as is.

Obviously the problem is with the template, because your demo template does exactly the same.

Please advise on how you fixed yours once it works.

changed the module s5tabshowcopy  the java script library , its working now
