I really need to get my project started and couldn't wait for the support responseI posted yesterday so I went ahead and added the phpbb to my Joomla membership club. I was able to successfully install the raw installer with what data it came with on my development machine.

What I really need is to upgrade my existing phpbb 3 forum to this style. Do I just need to install the style? My forum is running on 3.06 but noticed the Game Crusade repack installer was on 3.08. Would this be a problem?

Any help or best way to migrate my forum would be greatly appreciated.

NOTE:
Im a bit weary with the Shape 5 forum's support since I see very low activity  from both users and admin. Although I only got 2 x 2months membership (Joomla + phpbb), I was really interested on upgrading to the development membership. I have submitted a couple of posts these past 3 days and never got a response from either members nor the admin. I find this very odd for a paid service. I run a forum where my clients get a response within an hour from either my members or moderators 24/7.  And whats' up with the M-F 9-5 EST support hours?

I really would like to hear the inputs from members before I spend more $ on membership.

Hi the Game Crusade style and S5 controls will work with phpbb3.0.6 but would be better to upgrade your current board to 3.0.8 then install the style and s5controls as 3.0.8 includes security fixes.

If you like i will make a test install of 3.0.6 and check if it all works for you this will be at least 24 - 48 hours as i am quite busy with a few othere things if you would like me to try just reply saying so and ill give it a go and let you know.

Thanks Dave but thats not necessary. As you know I already went on upgrading to 3.08 on my other post.
