We only offer support of our core products. If it is something minor we do offer suggestions or if the fix is apparent we will offer that as well. I see some posts that you posted over the weekend, our business hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EST. There is an offline message stated at the top of every forum page when we are offline.
