: Menu Issue : jvreeland March 07, 2011, 10:45:16 PM I have updated the 'Shape 5 Political settings' with my menu name and it is still showing the demo menu.
This menu does not exist anywhere on my Wordpress site so I am not sure how it is loading? Is it pointing back to the demo site somehow? If so, how can I remove it so it shows my own menu? : Re: Menu Issue : Tristan Rineer March 09, 2011, 01:12:09 PM The site menu uses the page structure of the site; that "Menu Name" option is actually not in use yet, but will be once I have had the time to re-write the custom code I created for the S5 Menu styles; I will be re-writing the code in a way that can use the advanced menu structure that WP 3+ now allows.

The menu structure is created based on the page structure of your site. These two plugins will make it possible to hide specific pages from your menu structure and/or make them point to a different location altogether: Exclude Pages (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/exclude-pages/) Page Links To/u] (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/page-links-to/) There are a few themes that I would like to update to use our new admin framework & the advanced functions that I've created for the newer releases, but we are still making constant improvements, so the updates of older releases will only happen after the framework has reached a point where we feel it would make sense to do those updates. |
