: how to import users? : urmonmax May 01, 2011, 08:55:40 AM Hi, i just installed shenandoah template but i have a problem because i would like to import the old users from the last template.
i tryed to export and importa this table from the database jos_users jos_core_acl_aro jos_core_acl_aro_groups jos_core_acl_aro_sections jos_core_acl_groups_aro_map but it works not, how can i do? can u help me? i have to say that in the first portal i used community builder and in the new one i intalled it not yet.. maybe for this it works not? tnx for ur help : Re: how to import users? : mikek May 02, 2011, 08:44:19 AM Hello,
If you have a site setup currently you can simply install the template into that old database so that you do not need to move users over. If you have to move them it can be a bit tricky but you might be able to just export the jos_user tables and reimport them into the new database. |
