Did you know that the standard phpBB3 manual states that after you install phpBB3 you should delete your install directory why dont you try doing that first then repost if you have any errors after that as i just installed the siteshaper and i got the same error so like normal i renamed the install directory to installold and what do you know it works :)

Yep, that did it.

I knew about the install dir being deleted or renamed.  Just didn't think that error would be caused by it.  pbpBB just throws an alert if you don't delete it normally.

Dave, I'm heavily modifying the theme and hope you don't mind me asking some Q's...

There's 2 options for the sidebar, left or right.  I need to turn it off on the forums.  Is there an easy way to do this or do I need to mod the code?

I'm going to use the sidebar on my main page, which I'm not working on now (basically a news page where the forums will be replaced by lead topics to display news from a news forum on the main page.  Which will be fun to code in.)

The software should auto detect if modules are in sidebar position or not
for example if you put it to left but publish no modules to the sidebar it should not show. 
Its just the same with the show on pages section on the edit block page
for example again if you publish one module to the sidebar and have the sidebar on right or left but only have it show on the index page when you go to index page the style should adjust and show the sidebar but if you go to viewforum page it should disapear and style should be full width.

I am a busy man but i do check posts at least 10 times a day so the response time is quite quick but i do live in UK so if your in a different timezone there may be delays for you like this post was posted at 10:10 PM so i will be going bed soon :(

There's an issue with the Vertex style config.  It's reporting as configuring "Bridge of Hope Config" but im using a different template of course.

Im trying to change the logo and it shows up fine, just nothing changes on the site with refreshing the template/emptying cache, etc.

This may be a vertex issue, just need someone to look at it that knows the code.
