I did have everything set exactly as the SiteShaper before though.

I've only seen a brief description, so maybe I've overlooked where the documentation/instructions are? It would help greatly for me to see the list of what each option does.

Cyan template is working fine but this module S5 Frontpage Display 2 is not working. I am seeing some mootools errors on your site that are preventing the display from being shown. I also see a lot of third party plugins and extensions that are calling javascript on your site. I would recommend unpublishing each of those and then bring them back on one by one to see if any of those are causing the problem.
