Shape 5

1) We have extract and upload the file "SiteShaper_Shape5_Hexicon_Gamer_current.zip". But when we come to the step of "Installing the sample data" we get the following error - showing under the "Install sample data" bottom:

Some errors occurred while populating the database: Table 'site-name_com.gurso_usergroups' doesn't exist SQL=-- -- Dumping data for table `gurso_usergroups` -- INSERT INTO `gurso_usergroups` (`id`, `parent_id`, `lft`, `rgt`, `title`) VALUES (1, 0, 1, 16, 'Public'), (2, 1, 6, 13, 'Registered'), (3, 2, 7, 12, 'Author'), (4, 3, 8, 11, 'Editor'), (5, 4, 9, 10, 'Publisher'), (6, 1, 2, 5, 'Manager'), (7, 6, 3, 4, 'Administrator'), (8, 1, 14, 15, 'Super Users')

And when we continue and complete the installation we cannot log in to the back end (administrator) and get this error message:

?   You do not have access to the administrator section of this site.

But the front end works and we can see the sample website although it's impossible to log in at the back end.

2) We have also tried starting from scratch by extracting and upload the file "SiteShaper_Shape5_Hexicon_Gamer_15.zip".
This time we get a bland page as at the back end as administrator but the front end also works in this case.

3) We also need to know where is the download SQL Dumps for this template? At the tutorial page for this template it says "Next, click import and import the SQL dump we provide. Where is this SQL dump??

4) We also need to know where are the download modules for this template?

Information:
When we download the lataest version of Joomla (1.7.3) and upload it and install it on our site the installation works and we also can install the "Shape5_Hexicon_Gamer_template_current.zip" (the template). In this case both back end and front end works perfect but the front end don't contains any "sample data".

Can someone please help us. It seems you sell thing without completely testing the product?!

1&2 - It sounds like there might be something wrong with your site shaper. Please re-download a fresh copy in case there is something corrupted with your download. Also, when you install verify that all folders are writable.

3. We no longer sql dumps, the same information is already included in the site shapers.

4. They are already pre-installed in the site shaper.

I try again and again, still without success. I noticed that the database is jos_usergroups item, but after clicking on the install sample data disappears. The installation of Joomla and then "Hexicon gamer" works, but does not like the demo version. Can you help me? I do not want to wait another day. thank you

The information you sent for phpmyadmin does not login. I am missing your database name, username that is assigned to the database, and the password of that username.

I asked my server operator to move to a newer version of PHP and MySQL server and everything is fine now;)
