1. Is there any way to remove the link to Olark sales page (in orange at the bottom of the chat box)? I don't want to confuse visitors who want to chat with me (not Olark helpdesk). 2. Can I change the text at the top of the chat box that says "Chat with Us" to Chat with me instead? I'm not seeing it as an option in the module parameters. 3. Also, I use Trillian to link all my IM services. I added my new Olark account and what I type in Trillian window does appear in the chat box on my website but it's not fully linked - what site visitors type in the chat box back to me does not appear in Trillian. All of these settings are controlled by Olark itself. The module simply publishes the Olark script to the site. You would need to contact Olark's support regarding whether or not these settings are possible. |
