Breast Enlargement New York - this is the name of the site, and it is automatically generated, I didnt put it there. The - "Welcome to Breast Enlargement New York" is the title of the first article, and this is ok. If you open up the Home menu link under the menu manager there will be several paramenters on the right side of the screen. Under Parameters System make sure Show Page Title is set to not show. You may also need to check your settings under Parameters - Component.
