Try making the username admin and password admin and then changing later once the site is setup and working. 5.0.92-community and site shapers are built on 5.1.53. I've never had any problems with installing the demodata or siteshapers in general.

My host uses MySQL 5.0.51a. They won't upgrade it because the server is a 'shared server'. Why is it that you don't warn people about some specific MySQL version requirement before they (me) pay the membership fee here at Shape 5?? From reading through the forums tonight, I can see that there are quite a few poeple having the Step 6 - install sample data error, which leads to not being able to login to the site after the install. This means we have a completely broken site, where the only option for us is to remove the Shape 5 install completely and start fresh from native 1.7.3 install... which by the way, works perfectly. I also tried to see the replies in this ticket but it seems that are deleted. Can you pease tell me what to do to fix it? I bought Joomla upgrade for unlimited domains. First installation I made without problems - aurora dawn complete joomla install. When I tried to install on the second domain - cyan template, I always received this error. Also when I tried to install again aurora dawn. First - successful installation was made with differen admin name (not admin) ... and it went well ... all other server settings are the same. What else can I do? And make your username and password "admin" then once you finish install and login change from admin

The problem is the #__usergroups` didn't get created during the install. I had to revert back to the original joomla script: Don't forget to replace #_ with your prefix eg. jos_usergroups
