I'm attempting to use one of the many available sermon plugins for WordPress.

At this point I'm looking at Sermon Browser, Sermon Posts and Sermon Manager.

The later two require that I create page templates in order for them to display properly, but the Touch of Soul theme is much more complex than anything I've looked at in the past. Is there a generic page template for this theme that I can modify?

Because of the amount of custom programming I had to do to make the Wordpress themes capable of doing (almost) everything the Joomla versions can do, there is currently no generic page template or plan for one.  However, I may be able to give you some pointers or even a little help.

Feel free to PM me information about the site you're working on and I'll take a look & see what I can figure out for you.

If you can provide links to the plugins you're looking at, I'll be glad to take a look at how they are implemented & see if there's a way to make an easy tweak to the theme rather than a complete overhaul.

Thanks for the links; the plugin doesn't seem to have much documentation, so I'm going to look through the code over the weekend and see what I can figure out for you.

Yes...  Sorry about the delay.  Holiday activities threw off my schedule a little.

It looks like the "page templates" are mostly unnecessary but may have some elements that are needed.  Are you sure that the plugin doesn't have a "shortcode" that you can just paste into a page?

If you would like, I can take a look at your site & see what I can do to make it fit; I'll just need for you to PM me login and/or FTP access information (You can create a new login if you would like, but I'll need admin-level access to do anything).

Not a problem. I wasn't expecting any real progress until after the new year.

Unfortunately the plugin does not have a short code at this point (at least not that I can see).
