I upgraded from Joomla 1.5.25 to 1.7.3. After the upgrade I applied the latest (october 2010) basics template. The modules posted to the position 'left' do not appear. Consulting the module reveals the position 'left' does not exist anymore. Does somebody recognise this and find a solution yet? No changes have been made to the module positions or the xml during the conversion.
