I installed the template but I does not look like the live demo, it just shows two blue lines and the university logo.

For your site to look like the demo you would need to install the Site Shaper for that design.

If you cannot use the Site Shaper for some reason, you at least need to go into the theme settings in the admin (Under Appearance) and hit either "save" or "reset" to get the default settings added to the WP database.

Hello:
I spent many hours today trying to install the site shaper and does not work on my server.
Then I went into the theme settings and hit reset and nothing, then hit save and nothing.
I cannot get it to work. www.logos.com.co
I needed my site up and running last weekend.
On top of that there is no tutorial to work with the template. I have no clue with section is which.
I cannot waste more time and money. Please give me a refund.

Did you try following the Wordpress Site Shaper Video Tutorial (http://www.shape5.com/wordpress/tutorials/tutorials.html)?

A Site Shaper cannot be installed through the Wordpress admin area; the zip has to be extracted & uploaded to the root of where you would like your Wordpress installation to be hosted.  You also have to have an empty database in order to run the installation. 

If you already have WP installed, you need to go to the database manager for your domain (usually phpMyAdmin), drop all the tables in your database, and delete everything in your site directory except for wp-config.php.

At that point, upload the contents of the site shaper to your site and navigate to the site in your browser; You will see the standard WP installer.  Follow the instructions of the installer, and on the final page of the installation process, make sure you select the "Install Sample Data" checkbox.

However, as per the Shape5 Terms of Use (http://www.shape5.com/terms_of_use.html#11), refunds are not an option.
