: S5 Tab Mod broke in ie9 and ie8 : bbookser January 07, 2012, 01:36:35 PM I recently had one of my sites using the S5 Tab Module and the New Architect template brake in ie8 and ie9. The module located on the home page stopped working. Hovering over the tabs did not change the content within the module. I had to uninstall and reinstall the module.
I was wondering if anyone had any insight on why this would have happened? It concerns me because I do not want it to happen again. The module is used on a number of pages throughout the site and uninstalling the module created a lot of extra work to get things working again. Is there something I can do to prevent this from happening again? If it happens again just let me know and I can take a look at the site before you reinstall. Not sure why it would suddenly stop working. Only scenarios I can see would be either another script was conflicting or else files were removed. |
