: Some questions about background color and register change
: arloth January 10, 2012, 02:49:04 AM
Hey,

1- I have installed Ajax Registration Pro, runs perfect except css problem on original registration page(http://test.galaksininyildizi.com/index.php?option=com_ajaxregistration&view=registration).

What i want to do?
a) Fix css on "http://test.galaksininyildizi.com/index.php?option=com_ajaxregistration&view=registration" and apply the same css on which login/register screen pops up into this page.
b) When we click "Kayıt Ol" on test.galaksininyildizi.com a screen pops up but that registration page is not using the abilities/rules which Ajax Registration Pro uses on http://test.galaksininyildizi.com/index.php?option=com_ajaxregistration&view=registration.
    I) If you can somehow make the popping up screen use the same abilities/rules which Ajax Registration Pro uses on http://test.galaksininyildizi.com/index.php?option=com_ajaxregistration&view=registration into this page it will be ok.
II) If option I) is not possible then please disable popup option of "Kayıt Ol" link and make it work like when we click, it redirects us to page http://test.galaksininyildizi.com/index.php?option=com_ajaxregistration&view=registration.

2- Your template is beatiful but still i want to play with colors as much as i can. I know that we can change the highlight colors from backend template manager page.

Hello,

The component you are using is not using standard class names for their inputboxes and labels, so that is why the inputboxes look different. The standard joomla class name is "inputbox" and they are missing this class in their code. You would need to contact it's developer to change this.

The popup registration will only contain modules. If your component has their own module for registration you can simply publish their module there. If you wish to disable it just remove the Register text from the template configuration and the link will disappear.

Hey Mikek,

For css problem i have contacted to the ajax registration pro's developer.

I don't want to disable "Register" link from main page. I just want to disable only "Register" link's pop up ability and when clicked on the link i want it to redirect the page to the original registration page (http://test.galaksininyildizi.com/index.php?option=com_ajaxregistration&view=registration).

And for my 2nd question to change the background color as shown on the picture i have uploaded what do i need to do?

Hello,

You cannot have custom direct links for the register or login links. They will only open modules in the s5 box popup.

The color in the image is controlled by one of your highlight colors in the template configuration. There isn't way to control just that color. The highlight colors will control multiple sections of the site.
