: Problems with Install : reddog777 January 31, 2012, 09:01:49 PM I just purchased and downloaded the Hexigon Gamer template - I have purchased a Shape 5 template before and didn't have success with the Site Shaper but this time I decided I would keep working at it until I got it. Do I understand this right that the sitesha[ers do include Joomla? I downloaded the current SiteShaper for the HExigon template and attempted to follow the directions but I don't see the Joomla files - are they for sure included or have I misunderstood something?

A site shaper is a complete installation of Joomla, it must be installed into a blank folder and empty database. Make sure you've downloaded the site shaper file, and not just the template.
