I see listed on the info pages, the user panels for the modules and one of them is call "Main Content - 12" Why is it not listed on in the editor for Modules List > Edit Module? I also want to hide the standard "Search" that appears in Main Content on all Pages, since I am setting up Store, I have the Product Search module to do this and I can't seem to find anything to edit this. The "Main content" is a position on the template but not a specifically a module position. The main content area is where all the Joomla, Virtuemart, etc content is output. This section will not be listed as a module in the Joomla admin area. The search that appears in near the main content area is in one of the following positions: inset, user6 or user7. Had trouble finding the mod_search as it was not listed. I had to use the filters and select that to be shown in the list of Modules. Then it revealed itself, I did check over the list and it is not shown unless you use the filter. Just for anyone wondering how to see Modules that don't appear to be there. When you Joomla site has a certain amount of modules the modules admin will start separating them into pages, at the bottom you should see the page numbers. It might have been on page 2. Regards, |
