host did not have any suggestion because they don't support joomla im using the php mail function : Re: "Returned mail: see transcript for details" : jonahh October 06, 2008, 10:58:20 AM Oh ok, I'm not familiar with this php function and am not sure what to suggest but doing a search on Google states that its server issue. I would try searching Joomla.org's forum and if you can't find anything post this question there.
