Also one more issue I am having.  I've set up some youtube videos in Hexicon gamer as they were set up in the site shaper.  But once they are finished playing and the popup is closed, the browser just shows the black background and doesn't return to the site unless refresh is hit.

I notice it works on your demo, but also seemed to be delayed on the first video.  I was just wondering if I am missing some setup value.

Once it's finished playing the popup window will always remain open until someone clicks close. That's how our demo is setup as well.

That's not the problem I'm having, it's after that once the user has closed the popup window.  It just leaves the whole browser window black, the user then has to go to the location bar and enter on the site address to get the website to come up again.

I let the whole video run, and once it finished I clicked close and it put right back at your site and it was fully functional for me. Have you tried on another machine?

I am still having problems with this.  I have found it only happens in Internet Explorer - so far in both IE8 & IE9.  It is occurring on both my laptop & PC and the clients computer.  If I view it in Firefox it works as expected. 

The site is live now at the address listed in the first post.  But I am also running an unedited copy of Hexicon Gamer at http://www.offsitebusiness.com.au/hexicon/ and it does the same thing exactly that is occuring on my site after the videos have played.

On my PC I was also able to see it reported the following errors in IE8;

Hi,

I am having the same problem, when I use Firefox, all it work correctly, but when I open my page with IE and click in the video and after I close popup, all windows is put in black.

Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on this problem?

I'm sorry I'm really not sure why this is occurring for you. I have tried on two machines and cannot replicate this. If you're concerned about it you can try a third party plugin to do this instead. There are several available on extensions.joomla.org.
