: Site Shaper : davejohns October 02, 2008, 04:35:47 PM Same as a few other people i am having problems installing the site shaper. All runs fine up untill you have input the data information (username, etc etc) Upon clicking next you are taken to a screen that simply says "an error has occured", no more information is provided. I have tried this on a live host and also on my local apache server. Im unable to give you log in details, because im attempting to run this on my own localhost. Is there any specific database details i should input that i have possibly overlooked? Or during the database setup in the install? : Re: Site Shaper : jonahh October 02, 2008, 09:14:57 PM Make sure that you don't change any settings such as removing the "jos_" prefix on the database screen. Be sure to choose the US English language too.
