I installed the Current Hexicon Gamer Site Shaper that I downloaded today. I have made no changes except to update to Joomla 2.54. It seems that the update is causing issues with the entire site. The menu locks up and you can not switch between items without reloading the page. To produce this problem, I click on the login or register links in the menu. I then click close and no menu items work anymore. S5_tab does not work and S5 Vertical menu doesn't work either. I have tried with Chrome, IE, Firefox and Safari. All give the same result. I have updated the S5box.js script now and everything is working fine. It looks like the new script removes the close function completely. No more close text on the popup box. It closes fine if you click anywhere outside the box, but would be good to still have the close text as some users may not get this.
