hi there,  this may be a stupid question, but i can't get the joomanager component to install in the real estate template.  i assumed i would just download it, and install through the extension manager as normal but it just doesn't seem to want to work.
any ideas?

The installation of any extension isn't controlled by the template, it is all controlled by Joomla itself. All the template does is style the JooManager component/modules. The JooManager/Joomla forums might be a better place to ask, if the extension just isn't installing.

i've installed real estate pack with joomanager, all module works but "joomanager featured" don't slide the thumbnails have you an idea ?

Apart from the fact that your site isn;' loading, this isn't something the template has any influence or control over. If a JooManager component doesn't work, you need to check with JooManager support.

hi i have a same problem when i install the jommla stabled there are lots of things that are missing like the
Joomanager Search is missing and the Joomanager Featured is also missing and then the color changer is also not there and i get a module error Check-out failed with the following error: The user checking out does not match the user who checked out the item.

Checkin issues can be resolved by using the Global Checkin function in Joomla. Also, issues related to Joomanager would be best dealt with by their support team since the template doesn't control any of the functions of the extension, it just styles it.

 I already did that global check in thing you said but it did not solve anything and beside it dont even let me upgrade this version from 1.7 to 2.0 can you please be more helpful for this will be a waste this is the only reason why i purchase this membership for this theme

The version is controlled through the Joomla Update tool. The Template is only providing styling not the core framework of Joomla. If you have trouble upgrading from 1.7 to 2.5 I can do this for you if you PM me the Joomla login credentials.

For issues related to JooManager you would need to contact their support team for assistance.
