I had this working and then it stopped. I did not change any coding or anything. I just stopped mysteriously. I have a S5 box named S5_box assigned to bottom and I have the s5_box module named "client login" in the middle_bottom_1 position. It displays like this on other OS and browsers. Try switching the Javascript Library setting in the S5 Box module. There are two options - jQuery and Mootools - try changing it to the one not currently selected.
