: Cannot log in to site shaper : jafooley June 19, 2012, 10:13:44 AM I cannot log into Joomla! admin back-end after installing the Sports Nation site shaper. I've gone through the installation 3 times now, each time making a careful note of the username and password I am setting during the install, but I still cannot log in to the back end. I have tried resetting the Super Admin password in phpMyAdmin but this doesn't work either. I'm convinced there is an issue with the site shaper.

There isn't an issue with the Site Shaper, or everybody who used it would get the same problem. That's not to say that you aren't having a problem, of course. Can you PM me cPanel access so I can look at it for you? : Re: Cannot log in to site shaper : jafooley June 19, 2012, 02:50:23 PM I've fixed it - I reinstalled it and chose Mysql instead of Mysqli - seemed to have made the difference. I also ran the installation in firefox as opposed to chrome.
