Sometimes I am able to get the dropbox to come down, but usually I cannot get it to drop the submenu items. When it does come down, part of the menu item is cut off as the first image shows. The second image show me hovering over the Contact Button. ???

This usually occurs due to a 3rd party script that is causing a conflict on the page. S5 Effects shouldn't be used anymore. It was based on an old standard for previous versions of Joomla using Mootools.
